App Download Instructions:

1. Download our booking app:

F45 Training (iOS or Android).

2. Log into your profile with us at

F45 Training Al Raha Beach using the same email address used in your purchase to complete set up. Do not create a new profile.

Instead please press 'Forgot Password' and reset your password to gain entry to the app.

3. Head to the 'Booking' tab to view our schedule and book in for your first workout.

4. Please arrive 10 mins

early before your first session to meet the team!
